can you please post: 1) the original link (before iWebTranlator execution) as published by iweb 2.0. 2) the translated link (after iWebTranslator execution).
the link you provided in your comment is not url-encoded. maybe there is a bug in iweb 2.0 (url-encoding was not done for this link).
if this is the case then i can provide a workaround and include an translation for unencoded links too.
Hi Frankie, It's really strange how apple does url-encoding in iWeb. There are serveral ways to display the same character in unicode: precomposed and combining diacritical marks. In web we should normally use the precomposed form because they make conversion to and from legacy encodings simpler.
but: apple uses BOTH combining diacritical marks and precomposed characters.
To illustrate: i%CC%81 AND %c3%ad is the same character í.
This is a big problem for iWebTranslator. Actually i take the filename, do a url-encoding, and search for links containing this encoded string. Because apple uses this strange encoding and they don't even make it everytime the same i have to search for a unicode comparision algorithm ignoring difficult representations of the same char. This could be a difficult task. Until then, the only way is to rename the file-name (not title) in iWeb2.0 manually (should work for this case).

I've found a little glitch when using it. It seems that the file renaming is not the same as the href. For example:

Sounds like a great utility. I have a Danish site which uses som Danish characters such as "æ", "ø" and "å"
Is your translator able to translate those characters as well?

i've created a new version iWebTranslator 1.3.
This version has a improved url detection and should eleminate the glitch you found.
Can you please try this new version and give me some feedback how it worked.
